Giving it a Good Craic.

It must be that time of the year again. The Probert household becomes a bustling 'Race H.Q' as team members converge to share a final supper before heading off in the team van for another Probert Challenge.

This year we're going to Ireland to finish what we started with 2010's LEJOG and complete the full set of British isles. The plan is to drive to Mizen Head the southern tip of Ireland, where Dad, Tom and Greg will blow the cobwebs off their old steeds (and legs) to gradually cycle up the wild west coast. Mum, Emily and trusty tour-hound Holly make up the support team who will shadow the boys' progress up the country in the team van. The destination is Malin Head: Ireland's northern most point.

As we go we will try to document the twists and turns along the way, although the quality and regularity of updates depends greatly on the Irish 3G network, severity of weather, and volume of Guiness encountered. Wish us luck!
